JHK Constructions is led by John Hogan-Keogh. We develop, build and sell our own projects across the Mornington Peninsula and beyond, and build for clients who want the same standard.
From the first look at the site to the day it sells
Most builders hand over and move on. On our own projects, JHK is there for all of it: finding the land, working through design and permits, managing the build, and selling the finished homes.
It keeps us honest. When you're the one showing buyers through, you build every room expecting it to be looked at closely.
Our work ranges from luxury villas 100 metres from the Hastings Marina to an 80+ lot land release in Yarram, and the 39-acre Barkers Road property in Flinders, which we're selling now with plans and permits approved.
